She departed this life Wednesday, February 10, 2010.She was converted and accepted Christ as her personal savior at an early age at Enon Springs Missionary Baptist in Hernando, Mississippi.She was preceded in death by her mother, father, husband (Clarence Hurt), one child (Ruthie May Hurt), and two brothers (James Edward Williford and Herman Williford).She leaves to mourn one son, Carl Hurt (Ola); two daughters, Phyllis Hurt (Elijah) and Beatrice Phillips (George) all of Hernando, MS; one sister, Aser Lee Williford-Edwards; one brother, Isiah Williford; four grandchildren, Bernois Whitfield (Wanda), Devida Brooks (Donald), Reginald Phillips, Lakisha Wright (Jonathan); ten great-grandchildren, two great-great-granddaughters, a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
